This is the public-beta privacy notice for Rishabh AI Automations. Please do not upload documents unless you have the right to process them.

Information we process

We process account details such as name, email address, date of birth, organization, profile information and encrypted authentication data. We also process files and instructions submitted to use conversion and automation features, along with operational logs needed to secure and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide requested conversions, enforce account limits, prevent abuse, answer support requests and improve reliability. We do not sell uploaded documents or account information.

File retention

Temporary conversion files are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Account records, saved datasets, support requests and security logs may remain longer where needed to provide the service, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.

Security

We use HTTPS, restricted application access, hashed passwords and verification codes, upload limits and database access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

Sharing and service providers

Infrastructure, email and security providers may process limited information solely to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect users and the service.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information using the feedback/contact form on the home page. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.

We may update this notice as the beta service changes. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
